At Triple 3, our story is deeply rooted in a family's love for horses, passed down through generations.
My mother's passion for these majestic creatures was a gift she shared with my sister and me, a legacy that we've proudly carried forward. We honor the rich traditions of the past, blending them seamlessly with modern concepts of care and respect for the horses under our watch.
I firmly believe in the power of education within this sport. The wisdom of our mentors, the invaluable lessons in trust and feel, and the time spent developing a deeper connection with our equine partners.

1. **The Family Bond** - At the heart of it all is the unbreakable bond with my daughters, who share a unique and profound love for horses, just as I do. Their willingness to learn and dedication to the horse fuels our journey together.
2. **The Legacy of Learning** - The wisdom passed down from my mother, a seasoned Hunter/Jumper trainer, taught us the cardinal rule: the horse always comes first. Her teachings about emotional control and consistency form the basis of the trust we establish with our horses.
3. **A Trio of Functions** - Our property is a harmonious blend of home, equine rehabilitation/training, and a venue for special events. Each aspect is intertwined, creating a holistic environment for horses and humans alike.

My personal exploration into equine bodywork stemmed from a desire to enhance the well-being of my own horses. This quest led me to the transformative practice of Tensegrity Balancing Therapy, a modality that not only improves health but fundamentally improves a horse's ability to move and perform. Witnessing its profound impact, I became a devoted practitioner, eager to share this knowledge and skill with others.
